Should an answer like remove Ubuntu and install (insert distro here) be flagged / downvoted?
Every time I see one of those, I'm tempted to answer:
"Boot live and enter the following: sudo dd if=/dev/urandom of=/dev/sda"
Then start over how ever you like.

What should I (or we) do about answers that obviously miss the point of the question entirely?
I agree with the flag on that one. It's almost like someone (or something) saw "adobe" as a keyword and posted a flash answer to a pdf question.

Should really good/detailed "me too" answers have their content merged into the question?
I would put a comment asking the OP if the me too bit applies or be absolutely sure it doesn't change the meaning of the question.

Can only flag as "very low quality" if is not in the positive for votes
My opinion, if you REALLY wanted to flag that as low quality, you could just use a custom reason and put "Link only answer".
