Now I know that there have been questions that have already been asked related to this topic, But they don't answer my question.

My question is this: what is actually considered as spam over here?

I know that spam, in the context of email, are those annoying, unwanted messages you get, usually advertisements. Is it the same here? Is promoting something something considered spam? (there has been a discussion related to this last question I asked, in another meta post, which did not clarify the doubt)

Should I then flag the post as spam?
