Does it really need to be blacklisted?

Make bugs a synonym of bug?
Merged.
We now have some rudimentary protection in place to prevent new "just differ by an ending s" plural (or single) tags from being created.

OK, good idea -- I merged them. We generally prefer the plural form of a tag unless there is some compelling reason to use the singular version.

No
I don't think this is a good fit, since the OSS ads are not scoped to Ubuntu. However, see:

Link to etiquette is broken
I can't reproduce this in Firefox at all. I can click on the Etiquette section and it takes me that section of the page in the faq.
