No. It's not. They're not the same at all. A one or five minute kick serves little purpose for a user repeatedly filling a room with off topic conversation.

OK... but, that had nothing whatsoever to do with AU at all. Your issues have been addressed - your suspension has been shortened. Anything else I choose to do regarding the change of your chat parent is between me and that moderator. We don't share that information with anyone else.

You specifically asked "Why am I suspended on the chatrooms here for almost a year? What is the suspension intended to achieve?" - So I went to great pains to explain why the AU chat suspension exists... because AU chat and Math chat are the same thing.

@Zanna I think the reason it may seem inconsistent is that viewing your achievement pane resets the negative to zero and starts showing the rep increases again... I think. So... you lose a bunch of rep, miss a few upvotes, check your achievements, see the upvotes, upvotes start coming in again. If you hadn't checked the achievements, they wouldn't have shown up until the rep equalized.
