I'm basically a linux noob. Way long ago, a co-worker slipped me a Knoppix CD and at some random point I tried to install Redhat via CDs I bought at a computer store. At that time, I thought the idea was neat but couldn't make use of it. But that was years ago, and things have changed greatly since then.

So I built a new computer a couple of weeks. I can't remember the thought process, but I was like, "I'm going to install Linux as a dual-boot." That strangely morphed into triple than quadruple boot in short order. My next project is trying a multiboot flashdrive, just to answer someone else's question!

Anyway I am very stoked about this. My interests asides from open source OS, is to figure out how to do the video editing and music editing open source. So some time in the near future I would like to complete an art project all open source if possible.
