I guess a good solution would be to implement automatic hyperlinks (or reference links, whatever they're called) that link to headings in an answer (all Heading 1s for example). For instance, in your answer, a link like this: askubuntu.com/a/334292/52726#What-is-SysRq? would take me to the answer and scroll down to that part. Not sure if this is doable though.

Yes, I think the linked question should have been first confirmed to be running Desktop, not Server. Because if he is running Server, it's still supported, ergo on-topic.

Thanks for the explanation. Though in one of those MSO questions, the limit was increased to one of the queues, due to it usually having a large queue. From where I'm sitting, the Close Votes queue probably needs an increase =); it's always above 30, and there are already 3 people that reached their 20 review limit today.
