The fact that you can click on the picture is not that it is enclosed with [] but it is linked with [...][1] or [...](address). :) Nevertheless it's a good tip, although screenshots should be cropped in the first place to avoid having to open them.

Election: minimum reputation/moderation requirements
@MarkKirby I might agree there could be an entry level, but what I'm saying is that it is not mandatory. The fact that one applies does not mean they will get elected.

Up to now, I think all candidates played by the rules (except those who did not sign the CoC, but they are easy to spot). There are high rep users who certainly would be awesome moderators. To which I tell: great, nominate yourself and I will vote for you. ;) If these users apply, they will surely get elected, overcoming the low rep users candidates. But if they do not apply, it's not the candidates' fault.

I lost 3000+ rep as a reversal
@Shog9 «downvoting posts because of their author is just as discouraged» I actually got downvotes for exactly this reason on two different sites of the network. I contacted support but got no response at all.

command\ncommand shows as command command and it makes sense because white space collapses in HTML, unless you are in a <pre> tag or you force it through CSS. :)

It's not a bug "in my smartphone". As a matter of fact that screenshot was taken with the Chrome developer tools (yes, it shows the same on a real phone, I just wanted to get a screenshot quickly). Anyway, it's not even a "bug" in the CSS of the website. Backticks are to be used for single line code only, therefore there is no reason why the CSS should support showing multiple lines correctly.

Illuminator badge, too hard to get?
I'm not sure I understand the description. You have to edit and answer 500 questions in 12 hours? o.O Or it counts every time you edit and answer a question in less than 12 hours between the two events?

That means a fake code block with a ugly aspect... :-P The one line is caused by the mobile style, not by the user. Even if you type a return, it doesn't show on a smartphone.

«I'm not convinced that 2 commands need to be a [...]» Look what happens on mobile. :) i.imgur.com/j0GNHBT.png I agree that italic is not mandatory for menu items, mine was mostly an attempt to say "never use backticks for menus".
