@Paul The reason they could not be aware of meta is probably because of the way the site is designed. You have to click on SE icon to go to meta. It would be nice to have meta link in the side-bar. Just because one is not aware of meta, we shouldn't stop them from being involved in discussions regarding site policies.
Zanna, probably we can have a detailed post in Ask Ubuntu about how to report bugs and we can link it in the close notice. There's already this post: askubuntu.com/q/5121, but I am not sure if it is up to date and I cannot see anything about snaps in the answers.
@Zanna Adding the Ubuntu wiki link would be great. Also, it would be nice if we provide a link regarding Launchpad (like this: askubuntu.com/q/5121). Also, some new users might not know what the official flavours of Ubuntu are. It would be great if we also add a relevant link regarding that.
