Stack Exchange network consists of 183 Q&A communities including Stack Overflow, the largest, most trusted online community for developers to learn, share their knowledge, and build their careers.
What about the image description? I strongly feel that AskUbuntu can make it mandatory to type an image description and user reputation has nothing to do with image description I guess.
Let's say that the person who reviewed the question didn't edit the post and the the question got an upvote. Why can't AskUbuntu remind the user to edit their post and format image properly?
