Why is information about triage and help and improvement review queues there in help center?
Because mods can't edit the page. There's no way to make it specific, that's a network-wide static page.

Questions regarding official chat rooms' ownership
I'm not sure what the official policy is. Not all the channels are 'official' in my opinion. AUGR is because it's our core room. Downboat is because close voting, etc. But I don't know if the castaway thoughts thing is actually what I'd call 'official' or not. Owners can assign owners, and though many are 'ex moderators' you're going to have the situation of "They were instrumental on the development of the room" or similar and had original owner access. We haven't removed it but we didn't give it "just because" they used to be a moderator, it's a holdover.

Is CAELinux Supported on Ask Ubuntu?
@C.S.Cameron Another rule that everyone can understand is how to be civil with your statements, of which you continue to grate against that rule. Be less condescending and less abrasive with your behavior, as we have warned you about numerous times.

Is an Ubuntu installation with another Init system than `systemd` still an "official" Ubuntu flavor?
@muru doesn't stop them using sysvinit, nor does that necessarily make it offtopic if they've adjusted their system to use sysvinit instead of systemd.

Old Ubuntu versions (pre 18.04) were using Upstart or Sysvinit. However, if they had upgraded to 18.04 from an older system they may still be on Sysvinit or Upstart. There is nothing stopping uses from using sysvinit or upstart, other than that most stuff isn't written for those systems now. WSL systems should be SystemD, but if it's not then it's possible they're using wsl1 or an old WSL deployment. That doesn't make it offtopic here, the old form of checking services should still work sudo service docker status for example.

End of Support Notice: Ubuntu 16.04 (Xenial Xerus) reached End of Standard Support on April 30, 2021
@C.S.Cameron it went over ubuntu-announce in mid march. If you are still harping over the decision that had a month to be voted on then you are living in the past and should move on and adapt to the new rules. We can make a post about how to use ESM but Canonical has said that ESM is not community supported so...

@C.S.Cameron And that is its own discussion. Separate from this thread, and not relevant to the fact posts RE: 16.04 will become offtopic and enforced as such when the standard support period passes. Every Ubuntu release going into ESM gets an announcement email sent out which links to Ubuntu Advantage posts, etc. That's how they know to get to ESM. Or, they can find ESM info on the wiki, or just simply search 'ubuntu esm' on Google and get the Advantage page.

@C.S.Cameron there is no question - this is my regular notice about a release heading into offtopicness. As for "How do I Enable ESM?" that's a question already on the ubuntu.com/advantage page when you 'sign up' for ESM. And since that's a Canonical paid offering (it's a commercial service even with a 'free' version) it's technically not something Ask Ubuntu provides support for, in my opinion.
