I agree, this tag is very ambiguous, and probably meta as well.

Nope. We don't need a tag for every network driver, that's meta information. I've gone ahead and removed the tag.

Is the off tag really needed?
Nah, just kill it.
The off tag is ambiguous, vague, incomplete, overly broad, and rhetorical and cannot be reasonably used.
I've added it to of Tag cleanup list.
