Chat schedule reminder email is off by an hour
We now round the hours correctly (instead of picking just the non-fractional part), i.e. "in 2 hours and 58 minutes" translates to "3 hours".

No, that had nothing to do with the API changes; it was actually a side effect of factoring out repeated code. Lesson learned: DRY is good, but do it right :)
