Can a bounty be redacted?
It didn't simply disappear. It wasn't awarded to anyone, that's all. Look at the revision history:
You need answers with score >= 2 for automatic awards.

Can we change the bounty rep requirement?
I don't really mind if a visiting user creates a bounty, gets their answer and leaves.
