Where is the number of questions which have an open bounty?
From today, 14 sep. 2013, that number of questions which have an open bounty reappeared again in its place in the main page. It was probably went on vacation.-

Nautilus answers need to be moved
I flagged those answers as inappropriate, and the answer was:
declined - The OP seems happy with the answers. And we can't "move" answers.
So, case closed.
