This is a reminder to all individuals who use Ask Ubuntu about Wubi, 13.04, 13.10, and later versions.

Pursuant to a developers decision on 13.04, Wubi is not available in 13.04 and later. The details of this are linked and documented at the discussion thread about Wubi questions which I created here around the release of 13.04.

According to what research I was able to find, there were no changes to this decision for 13.10. This means that Wubi is still not supported for 13.10. (refer to the previously linked discussion).

(This reminder was made after noticing this question).

According to what the Release team told me, wubi.exe appears on the images. Whether or not this means it's "supported" is open to debate among the ops, however, for all other intents and purposes, wubi.exe is only "community supported" and not really maintained by the release team.
