The election banner is not shown on the main site close to the beginning of the election
It is 8 hours until the election begins. Currently no election banner is shown on the main site but the election banner is showing on the meta site.

Is there a bug at the election page?
I went into the election page to vote for the 2013 Community Moderators election (Primary).
But when I clicked into @green7's vote, it went strange:
turned into
8-15 = -7. How could this be -1?
