@souravc no, those are not visible. Only you can see reputation changes because of your downvotes, other users cannot. Check my profile for today, I have cast a downvote (I have also been downvoted, ignore that one), do you see any -1 downvoted messages?

You got me wrong. You are right about the down vote. But what I was saying about custing a downvote. when someone cast a down vote on any answer his/her reputation is decreased by -1. It unveils the voter in some cases. I proposed these points to be adjusted silently.
