is Is it a proper manner of mentioning some oneto mention a user specifically?

I am not here to report about someone or some AUAsk Ubuntu issue specifically,  :). Recently in AUAsk Ubuntu Meta I became popular for a few days and also got support from All AUother Ask Ubuntu members  ( II am glad about that).

whatWhat I want to say is , Weis; we need some areaa section in the FAQ that says do not mention or blame a specific person in AU Publicuser for any kind ofan action they have done and that they can report it to Mod'smod's if an action is needed. 

I dontdon't want to talk about the past and I dontdon't want itto repeat this in the future for any one of us.

  I am not here to report and I am here to support.
