Is there a wayan option to remove the bar above the status bar?

There seems to beis a new bar above the "status bar" with Ubuntu/Community/Development/Ask... it wasn't there before
This is new and its wastingI feel it is taking up valuable screen space as, since I would never want to clickdo not plan on any of thoseregularly using the new links.

I have used Ad Blocker to remove it but that seems overkill. Is there an option to change this back to, or hide it so the way all ofstatus bar is on top like the other Stack site workStackexchange sites?
