I see this as a subcategory of unproductive "meta"-comments (comments on main about using the site itself, rather than about Ubuntu). Some meta-comments (like "You've said this worked for you, so you should probably accept this answer" and "You may want to accept more answers to some of your other questions") are productive, but comments that tell people they're voting wrong are usually not productive.
we no longer consider comments about accept rate (asking users to accept answers on posts unrelated to what we're commenting on) to be productive, and we never should have, and accept rate is no longer shown by the system for this very reason... so I'm removing that as a good-metacomment example
