Sep 1, 2014 at 2:03 comment added Braiam @EliahKagan That reads as verbatim copies (that's how I read it when I voted to close) which are most of the time bad, this is "I copied and pasted my own answer from another question, modifying it slightly". We (I more particularly) are very weird voting as duplicates, I don't know why I voted that one as duplicated (maybe another kind of vote :/) so I voted to reopen.

However, this question really is asking the same thing as in Is it wrong to copy and paste your own answer with reference to the original answer? ("...can I copy and paste an answer I have submitted on another post...")
