Now, yes, I made a couple of edits to off-topic questions. But only when I am not doing reviews. When I am doing reviews I will ignore the format, just downvote and flag it. I see no point not to do such edit when there is good enough quota for me.

Yes, but then I know that each person only has 20 votes. Some people will decide to skip my suggested edits, causing the review procedure run slowly... It will be better if edit suggestions can expand to 10, that way even though approval is slow, but at least more edits can be carried out.

This is indeed a good suggestion for the accept icon one. Lots of people have their problem solved, but sometimes they don't remember to accept an answer, such that other people knows that the problem is actually solved.

Have you provided detailed steps on how to do a BIOS update? Is your answer really as short as "BIOS update solve the problem"? Usually a short answer like that would not be considered as a "working" solution, but instead it will be considered as "spam from new users".

But in the past I can actually see the counter goes 1 or more - that is the point I want to say. I have even seen it goes up to 3. Then why would this actually happen?
