Yes, exactly. That's why the image button is built into the interface... and why I highlighted it here. The built in image-uploading method safest and best.

Note that using the toolbar button will give you a place to upload the image automatically! No searching for image hosts.

Don't assume deleted accounts are because of something "not good." That's typically NOT the case. It's much more common for users to request an account removed for other reasons, like anonymity or basic management of their online presence.

@Razick I would also note that while Stack Exchange works really well for technical support, it is not a way for companies to outsource their entire customer support channel. Canonical has been exemplary in providing appropriate services in the correct forum, but it's a bit difficult to enumerate all the ways users can find themselves in the wrong place. That's why we have a vocal and friendly community to help when things don't go as expected. Such just-in-time learning is preferable to pages of rules most never read.
