Important clarification: there is a trigger (based on the number of edits) that will cause a post to automatically become CW. I can't remember the exact numbers offhand.

In my experience, really high resolution images (4000x4000-ish) are accepted but they are recompressed as low-quality JPEGs.

Why does the system floor-round the time before review queues reset?
Everytime you see a "xxx ago" or "in xxx hours" on this site, the number is always floor-rounded. This post is over 8 minutes old but it still shows as "8 minutes ago".
