What tools should we recommend for participation?
Great question! I often find myself just using the Gnome Screenshot tool. But being able to add annotations, and other things, would really help in having answers - with screenshots - with annotations!

Accepting an answer also gives you (the author) a little bit of reputation too. As a kickback for participating in the system.

@Jorge There are mod tools for that. I'll start the merging process. However, users can propose merges from the tags page (for future reference)

I think this is a great idea. Showing people who are interested in Ubuntu that there is a place for just asking questions can really work for both us and Ubuntu
