Is it useful/needed to include Wikipedia links for hardware information?
FWIW, I tagged him in a comment with a link to this discussion when I posted it.

It would be nice if you guys could post your answers as answers.

Flags shouldn't be "declined" as if they were always invalid if they were valid when they were cast
Ok, so as I understand it's not considered bad behavior to flag a LOA as NAA but you were referring to declining the flag after the A has been edited. Did I get it right?

Regarding link only answers, the top voted answer here clearly says to mark them as NAA: meta.askubuntu.com/a/15921/271 Your answer seems to be of a different POV. Is one of the two answers to be considered more "official"? Thank you.

OK then I guess I am not the only one sharing this opinion. :)

How do I flag correctly?
I see. Thank you for your clarification.

How do I flag correctly?
«Please don't use this flag if one of the others fits» It happened to me once that I couldn't flag something as VLQ but I could use a custom flag. I raised it and it was marked as helpful. What could be the reason of this inability to flag as VLQ?

Is it ok to announce downvoting in a comment which requests clarification if the user comments instead of editing?
@Dan, downvotes on meta are for simple "I disagree with you" statements. Downvotes on main are for making a statement about the quality of a post, basically you are saying something negative about it. That's why excessive downvoting and also downvoting without giving any reason should be discouraged.

What to do when the OP refuses to provide clarification?
@ByteCommander check out the comments on the Q for a rough idea of the content of the moderated comment.

Did you prefer a "what?" Seriously, how do you want people to answer your questions after they asked for clarification? Do you believe people leave comments just for fun because they don't want to tell you the answer?

Begging for an answer that cannot be given is quite impolite (as if I magically knew the answer without any clarification and I wanted to keep it for me), this is kind of obvious. By the way, you guys could at least stop referring to me as if I were a female, that would be very much appreciated. :)

@AndroidDev technically you could've seen because edited comments have a little pencil after them. :P Although I also only noticed recently about this feature. And yes, it was a big mistake on my part not to take a screenshot when I could.

@AndroidDev, the first part of the comment was «Is it so crazy to ask that consideration ? AndreaLazzarotto Well don't bother, is that an 11» and then it went on something like "answers/per year I see there? Your account could be bogus" or something like this that I don't recall exactly.

@AndroidDev that comment has been edited by a mod after I flagged it, my question talks about the big amount of rants that was present before.
