@Catija I agree with that as well, but mods might not be active in chat and they can decline one's request as well. So the user is kinda at a disadvantage because of this.

@Catija Thanks for sharing your opinion. I agree that private chat rooms are good but you very well know that normal users cannot create private chat rooms to talk to moderators.
