Why does it says "1 view" for every question, even when nobody would have had time to look at them?

You can't post a question without viewing it. Seems logical that it would always read 1 or higher.

Stack Exchange has an API to access user profiles: https://api.stackexchange.com/docs/types/user. I have never made use of it, so that's all I can say about it.
