I would say no here. The prompt is a specific (and independent) aspect of a terminal system. While prompt-related questions can live under command-line, so could bash. They seem distinct enough to ...

Meta: Burninate [merge-request]

I have removed the tag from the 7 questions that had it, so it will be deleted automatically by the system. No need to do anything else.
