The little tab things don't look right
I can't believe it's been wrong this whole time (since the site graduated). I had the border radius backwards. I have fixed it. It will be on live site after the next production build.

Tone down the grey for formatting code/commands?
I have put in a fix, it will be in the next deployment. I have lightened the code from #ccc to #e0e0e0 (still slightly darker than the blockquote).
