You can find all wiki questions by searching with wiki:1 set as part of the search criteria. As for easy access, I don't think it's really that important. Contents scores are more important than if is …

Could we migrate outdated answers to community wiki mode?
Currently there isn't any barrier for someone to edit a post. As such making edits to the accepted answer is something that can occur already without the need to move to community wiki.
