(I am reposting a question from [Ubuntu Launchpad Answers][1].)

From what I see, in the Ubuntu community we now have 2 official tools for asking questions related to Ubuntu. One is hosted by [Launchpad Answers][2] the other by [StackExchange][3].

Are there any recommendations for when to use one tool and when to use another?

Should we post the same question in both places?
