Really? Why can't I report a bug on meta?...the site where bugs/feedback BELONG.

I'm preparing a bug report & you are hindering my efforts...I have screenshots & everything!

You are FORCING me to post this useless spam on this site, instead of putting a GOOD bug report where it belongs. Why? I agree 5 points isn't that much to ask, but I created this account just to post this bug — it's been annoying me for a while. I mostly read, but do not post, to any Stack Exchange site. AskUbuntu.com has a unique problem, which I'm trying to report.

I know this will be closed & I don't care...people NEED to be able to post to meta without having to post something here 1st. Move this post to meta & I can edit it into my real bug report!...then it won't be a total waste.

The sidebar said: "If your question is about this website, ask it on meta instead."...I wish I could, sidebar, I really wish I could!
