I was looking at https://askubuntu.com/help/privileges/set-bounties and https://askubuntu.com/help/privileges.  I know some users on here have more than 20,000 bounties and any more than 20,000 Reputation Points are useless unless you want to give them away.

For ex.  

at 35,000 Be able to mark users as spam. Ouch the user get 10 spam votes for spam his/mer account get close. 

at 50,000 be in the AskUbuntu team.
