On my recent question [regarding a Unity accessibility feature](http://askubuntu.com/questions/402315/how-to-add-a-keyboard-modifier-state-applet-to-uniy-panel) some folks who did not read the question jumped at the chance to mark it as a dupe. Now the question is vandalized with an irrelevant "This question may already have an answer here" banner which distracts knowledgeable users from reading any further.
