##The links are different, so I thought the bug was in Ubuntu.com.
This section is preserved because things would get very confusing right now if I made major changes to it.
I think you've found a bug, but not in Ask Ubuntu.
For me, the FAQ says:
Please follow the Ubuntu Code of Conduct, Ubuntu Leadership Code of Conduct, and this FAQ when participating in this community.
The first link is http://www.ubuntu.com/community/conduct.
The second link is http://www.ubuntu.com/community/leadership-conduct.
That is correct. But:
- The 1st link redirects me to http://www.ubuntu.com/project/about-ubuntu/conduct.
- The 2nd link also redirects me to http://www.ubuntu.com/project/about-ubuntu/conduct**!**
So the bug is not in Ask Ubuntu. Rather, the bug is in the Ubuntu website. It should probably be reported against the ubuntu-website-content project on Launchpad (if it hasn't yet been).
With that said, please do not delete this; depending on the precise nature of the bug, it might turn out to be reasonable to work around it here by editing the links in the FAQ, even though they are not responsible.
#Update
I appear to be mistaken. It seems the leadership code of conduct is now part of the regular code of conduct.
Apparently, the code I signed was version 1.1 (quite old!), and version 2 has existed since April 2005. I had figured that, since Launchpad lets me make a PPA, my signature was current--but apparently, any version is sufficient for that purpose.
I will look further into the question of whether or not there is a separate leadership code of conduct anymore. If there is not, then the bug would be in our FAQ (and thus easily fixed by changing the FAQ).
