I propose that
* Questions about mouse/scroll wheels are re-tagged to use the [tag:mouse-wheel] tag
* A new tag is created called [tag:python-wheel] for questions about wheels in Python
* Re-tag the two questions about the wheel group to use the [tag:groups] tag instead
