You Saying that is ask Ubuntu is not helping new user .
This is totally wrong sometime ago i was also new user and there are many good people u earns this reputation by answering question to new user and to old user also ..
- Ask Ubuntu says that you do some home work before asking question .
- Answer to your question is depends how you ask .
- If same question is asked here and answer then only you get your question mark as duplicate.
- Its not only that only new user don't get answer even i have posted some stupid and good answer which don't have answer till now
- and if you ask good question then also you get reputation and if u answer is good and accpeted by user then also you awarded with reputation .
- Ask Ubuntu never force to accept answer its upon you which answer resolve your problem
