We have the [tag:flicker] tag. Its usage guidance says:

Having a single tag for both screen flickering and other kinds of flickering is rather confusing.

Since the vast majority of the questions regarding this tag in Ask Ubuntu is about screen flickering, should the [tag:flicker] tag be renamed to [tag:screen-flicker] or [tag:screen-flickering]?
