I've been going through review lately and flagging answers. I come across a lot of answers like this one that just have a link with no explanation.

Personally, I really dislike these types of answers. They offer little value, don't add information to the site, and worst of all, they may lose all value if the posted link goes dead.

Nevertheless, they are answers of some form and they probably solve the problem at hand. So I feel bad flagging them.

Should they be flagged, or just left alone?
