I don't think there's any problem needing to fall back on external resources where you have to. Any time somebody suggests installing something, we're essentially doing the same thing.

The key differences here are your posts don't have an explicit license —where packages do— and Pastebin.com deletes anything that hasn't been viewed in 6 months which is the real problem for us.

I'd fix both in the same way. Start a Github repo, add a license, add your scripts and change your links in your post. You've clearly an aptitude for this stuff and starting a project like this might inspire you to greatness.
