Have mentioned this in chat a few weeks ago and as others have referred to SE system in other answers here in meta thought would ask for advice regarding the reasons or possibilities to why i have not been awarded the <img src="https://i.sstatic.net/z8uaR.png" width="75" height="15"> for reading FAQ in main site. When i view FAQ there are highlighted text which appears to be directing me in how to use this site more appropriately. i.e.  Have probably referred to FAQ more than new most users, (some posting in meta mentioning they were unaware of the brilliant About page even after nearly a year using this site!) and as i have not been awarded the appropriate badge for my efforts would like to ask Why?
