Please change the "hyperlink" symbol in the editor
My goodness, for those of us who are not hip, please put text under the infinity symbol that apparently means 'link'. Not intuitive at all. Tooltips are nice, but text is nicer.

Make links visible on escaped text
There is no visible difference between AskUbuntu and AskUbuntu, even though the first occurence points to a link and the second doesn't.
