I want to send a request from contact us page to deleting my user profile/account from here. but when I click submit button I get error:

enter image description here

then I tried to send my request on main site (I tried on https://askubuntu.com/contact) and I enter my profile link (http://meta.askubuntu.com/users/283843/kasiya) and clicked submit again, and I get this error:

enter image description here

Then I tried on http://stackexchange.com/contact but... click to see.

I want to delete my profile only from here not from other site.

  • Why you want to delete your account? – Avinash Raj Oct 2 '14 at 15:30
  • Are you trying to delete only your meta profile? – Avinash Raj Oct 2 '14 at 15:34

    both main and meta profile are linked together i think you can't delete only one from both. – Avinash Raj Oct 2 '14 at 15:38
  • If you want your profile to be accepted there, you have to removed the 'meta.' part of the profile (when submitting on the main site). So, use http://askubuntu.com/users/283843/kasiya. – rolfl Oct 2 '14 at 16:12
  • Just to clarify, you want me to delete just your meta profile? That's doable, if you're sure you want it. – Seth Oct 2 '14 at 16:27
  • I have cancelled the deletion, since it seemed that is what you wanted. – Seth Oct 2 '14 at 16:39
  • If you decide you still would like to be deleted just let me know. I trust that you understand now though :) – Seth Oct 2 '14 at 16:43

    @Seth yeah. Not anymore I don't want to delete.Thank you. – αғsнιη Oct 2 '14 at 16:44

The problem you're running into in your screenshots is you're providing a link to your Meta account. With exception of MSE, Meta accounts aren't real accounts. They're a ghost of your main-site account.

By extension you cannot kill the Meta account without killing the main account.

If you want to delete both, simply remove the meta. from the addresses you provided.
