Apr 22, 2013 at 22:03 | comment | added | Nil | @Lucio thanx, that second link answer my question in full. However, the answer there said that non-english questions and answers should not be downvoted and removed simply for that fact that they are non-english. Yet I have come across one question in the past which was. That's why some of the answers seem contradictory. I want to ask that a section be added to the faq, but at the same time these policies are unofficial to begin with. The aid members give to non-english questions are purely altruistic go beyond what the principles of the site require.
Apr 22, 2013 at 21:53 | comment | added | Lucio | This has been previously asked: Is it OK to post, and how should we deal with, non-English (or partly non-English) answers intended for translation? & What to do with non-English questions or answers?
