How to know if a Questionquestion is flagged apart from Downvotes guessguessing from the downvotes?

Apart from the visible Down-Votesdown-votes to a particular Questionquestion considered as Offoff- topictopic or Irrelevant irrelevant, how to Knowknow that it is Flaggedflagged for deletion with x number of flags  .Same Same thing for Answersanswers too.

I have the Ideaidea that it is only shown to Mods for deletion  , since they are going to delete it or reconsider it.

P.S  : If the only function of Flaggingflagging is to Ping Modsping mods for attention for action on it. Then i, then I guess  , even this question needs to be deleted, please. Please comment so  .
