Actually, that proplem doesn't seem to be therea big as it appears. As moderators, we get a small glimpse into some of the analytic data for the site. And it sort of shows this:

  • The number of upvotes has risen proportionally quicker than the number of total page views

This graph is totally inaccurate, because I've drawn it by hand. But that's the effect I'm talking about. It would be better to look at "upvotes / question"*, but at least from a quick look at this, it seems like we're not doing so badly.

The mass of new users that came with 11.10 should be able to vote during the coming weeks, when it'll be even better.

Of course, you can never have enough voting. Anything we can do to encourage it would be great.
