I was looking for an OS that would work on a NEC Z1 all-in-one system that wasn't Windows. Ubuntu 8.04 fit the bill perfectly and I never looked back. =)
This is the old NEC Z1 that kicked off my love of Ubuntu. It is in need of some loving care and it does boot, but it is having issues right now with its 10.04 installation. It really has been a good system, but it. It is a P3 450MHz with 192MB RAM, it may not run anything newer.
