Nov 14, 2019 at 22:44 | comment | added | Eliah Kagan | Migration preserves a question, its answers, and their votes, so you may want to edit to clarify your concern about trashing. (But yeah, Super User has Transatlantic ping faster than sending a pixel to the screen?, What is port forwarding and what is it used for?, 32-bit vs. 64-bit systems, How can I download an entire website?, Can I safely charge my laptop with a non-standard, third-party charger?, etc. The sysadmin site is Server Fault.)
Nov 14, 2019 at 22:39 | comment | added | NovHak | @EliahKagan After some necessary additional thought you must be right, Super User looks like the place for anything that doesn't explicitly fit in other, more specialised places. More like a default routing place... So yes, maybe in that respect it should better be there, but on the other hand, trashing the question with the current upvotes and quality answers seems rude to me.
Nov 14, 2019 at 22:28 | comment | added | NovHak | @EliahKagan I don't see many system-neutral questions there, and isn't Super User more adapted to system admin questions ?
Nov 14, 2019 at 22:17 | comment | added | Eliah Kagan | "AFAIK, there's no place for system-neutral, computer-related, non-developer questions on SE" Isn't Super User exactly such a place?
