I think to display a downvote you need like 175? but to me this seems achievable by the general public. And I guess we can politely agree to disagree about "it you think it is a bad question...." As to me downvoting (in my head at least) could easily divulge into something very petty as in "Oh this person gave me attitude I will downvote all their questions and answers" | |
